I want to know you. Part 3 (NaLu)

Well, it was nice having a warm hand grabbing my frozen one… But where the hell is it taking me?!
With small steps I walked behind him, his hand softly pulled me next to him and I looked at his calm face which gave me a heartwarming smile. I didn’t know how but his smile rubbed off on me and the corner of my lips slowly raised itself.

After a couple of minutes in silence, we halted in the middle of some park.

For the whole period that I walked next to Nastu I was watching my feet not daring to meet his face for even a single second. I heard a sigh from the pink haired male and I felt a warm finger under my chin. He slowly pushed my face out of the soft scarf and raised it so I could see the beautiful sight in front me.

Yellow, orange, red and many more colors of autumn! It was a park full of massive trees and a peaceful pond in the middle of it all. There weren’t a lot of people, the white benches were empty and the only sound came from the ducks who were swimming happily in the middle of the pond.

I looked up to meet Natsu grinning at me and I felt my hand get pulled on again. He ran and I tried to keep up, but then I saw where this was heading….

A huge pile of red and orange leafs!

“Na –Natsuuuu!” I yelled his name but he ignored every action I toke to stop him from jumping in the thousands of leafs, I felt one hard and strong pull and the next second I laid there… Next to Natsu in the pile of leafs.

I sat up immediately and tackled him to drown him in the leafs, poorly it worked for a couple of seconds, but when he found my two wrights he pushed me back so he could sit up. “What was that for, Luce?!”

“You pulled me into these leafs, now it’s payback time!” With all my strength I pushed a hand full of leafs right in his face and he did the same to me.

And with that we started a leaf battle! (The battle of the leafs?)

Well, after an hour playing in the leafs, both Natsu and I were exhausted, we sat down on one of the white benches, surrounding the pond, which wasn’t very clear ‘cause of all the leafs.

“This is way better then a mission” At first I thought I didn’t hear that right… But when I saw him looking so happily at the sight in front of him, that’s when I knew he mumbled that to himself. Even thought I found it weird coming out of his mouth I had to agree with him, this is nice, this is way better then a dangerous mission in the middle of who knows where.

In the corner of my left eye, I could see Natsu not paying any attention, I saw my chance to ‘scan’ the Dragon Slayer.

I begun at the bottom, his feet… He has quite big feet, I don’t know how many miles he had ran with them, but that surely are a lot.

Legs, I don’t see them quite well, but I know he has muscled legs, if he did his best he could match with Jet’s speed.

Butt, … I’d rather not say this but he has kind of nice a-ass…. (Stuttering in my mind, how did I sink that low?)

Tummy, Six Pack! Woohoo! I even miss Natsu’s old vest, his new one is nice, but you can’t see his Six Pack anymore… I still don’t get how he’s so thin when he eats like a pig.

Arms, those have saved me a lot of times, warm, muscled and always ready to fight. I had a couple of times when I needed some support and those arms always held me on my feet.

Neck, well, his neck was finally visible because I stole his scarf… Hehe. He has a nice neck? It  sound off, but I do like the scar, it gives him kind of a ‘bad boy’ look.

Cheek, warm and tanned like the rest of his body.

His eyes… God, I love those eyes, they give strength, peace and care when you need it. Pitch black eyes, which get slightly dark green when he’s really pissed. Always when I look in them, I feel some kind of warmth within me.

Hair, PINK! I love pink! Even if pink doesn’t really fit a boy it still looks hot on him! Wait… Did I just call Natsu hot? … There’s no denying, I did.

-3rd Person POV-

A small blush was visible on Lucy’s cheeks, but she got out of her thoughts when she saw something was off.

There was a small bright red with yellow leaf lost between his loveable pink locks. Lucy unconsciously leaned to her right, closer to Natsu, while the pink haired male got out of his own thoughts and was about to ask Lucy what she was doing, but completely shutting up when he saw how close she was… A little too close to keep his mind straight.

Natsu’s mind crashed and he froze while she did her hand in his hair, he looked at her pale soft skin, her chin was in front of his eyes and she tried to ignore his warm breath that cared her skin. Too bad her cheeks slowly became red. (As did Natsu’s..)

When she finally got the leaf out of his hair, she sat back on her former place looking at the small leaf and looked up when she saw Natsu looked dumbfounded at her. “What? I just got the leaf out of your hair” she simply answered his questioning face.

They both laughed and the blond noticed her chance “so Natsuuu-” The pink went quiet and focused his attention on her(nothing new for our dragon slayer, hehe). “Tell something about yourself, because to be honest I don’t know a lot about you” Lucy became a bit shy ‘cause the question was rather personal.

“Mmm…. Something about me?” “Y-yes..” “Why don’t we make a little game out of it?” “A what?” Lucy just questioned his ‘game.’ “Well, just question each other is a bit boring-” The blond nodded and waited for the next part of the sentence in excitement? “-So I think should make a little game ‘cause to be honest… I want to know you more too.”

Her eyes were like dinner plates and her mouth almost hit the floor, but in the blink of an eye she straightened herself. “Sure! What kind of game?” “Well… Didn’t think of that yet…” ‘Oh yeah, this is Natsu, who I’m talking to..’ She thought for a moment. Then it hit Lucy.

“I have an idea!” The blond said happily “for a whole week we can ask each other questions, but you only can question me when it’s your turn like… I ask you a question and then you do after you answered mine, we will repeat that a couple of times till we think we know enough of each other, but if I ask a really sensitive or personal question you must answer and after that you can ask me a really personal one, if someone doesn’t want to answer one of the question because they’re too embarrassed or it’s too personal then that person needs to do a task which the other who didn’t get his or hers answer can give… I can be anything!”

“Sound like fun! I’m fired up!” Natsu shouted while jumping off the bench, Lucy just giggled and thought of her first question…

“Natsu, what is your biggest fear?” The pink haired mage went silent and thought, Lucy knew Natsu didn’t had a lot of fears but everyone has at least one, right?

“Being stuck on a train, which goes to the other side of the country and doesn’t have any food in it” he simply said, Lucy face palmed, she could have expected this, but so detailed too… Natsu, really?

“Now it’s my turn, blond friend of mine why don’t you let me read your novel?” Natsu smirked at the still sitting blond mage and she gapped at him, ‘do I need to answer this?! Damn, yes I had to answer it’s my own game!’ Lucy screamed in her mind.
“W-well… I-I… You see-” “Lucy, get your shit together, it can’t be that bad, right?” Natsu cut her struggling sentence off and bend down to face the girl. “My novel is really personal, it’s really close to my own life and some of the pieces are a bit e-erotic..” When did her shoes get so interesting she thought to herself, Natsu blinked twice and then just laughed “that isn’t even that embarrassing! It’s is normal for a 18 year old girl to think a bit pervy sometimes!”

She looked up to hem and he whispered in her ear something she would never forget: “..It’s even kinda hot.”

At that moment she completely regretted her game… Or maybe not?
